Day 1 - Friday, September 6th, 2024

Kick off your adventure in Livermore, Colorado. The morning starts with breakfast and registration at 8:30 AM at  Livermore Community Hall, before setting off on your journey at 10:00 AM from the Livermore Community Hall. If you opt-in for the Sherpa Bag Service, leave your bag with our team, they will deliver them to Woods Landing, your weekend destination.

Your pass includes weekend parking at Livermore Community Hall. After a scenic ride, settle into your chosen accommodation at Woods Landing, whether it's camping in a tent under the stars, a cozy cabin, or glamping Van Life Style.

At the finish we will have plenty of cold refreshments to keep you hydrated and ready for the adventure ahead. There will be a late night campfire, Wild West Ghost Stories and a view of the stars only found along the Big Laramie River.

Day 2 - Saturday, September 7th, 2024

Today is all about choices. Start the morning by fueling up with a hearty breakfast at Woods Landing  before regrouping at ride depart time, based on which you chose to embark on your choice of routes:

  • Buffalo Route: A challenging and rewarding ride for experienced gravel enthusiasts.
  • For those seeking an extra challenge, optional loops to Medicine Bow Peak offer alpine lakes and a chance to visit the historic United Airlines 409 Crash Site.
  • Moose Route: A moderate route that balances adventure with scenery.
  • Elk Route: A beginner-friendly option that still packs in plenty of excitement.
  • The Buffalo, Moose and Elk routes lead to the charming town of Centennial, Wyoming, where you'll enjoy a well-deserved lunch.
  • Speedgoat Route: For those new to gravel a 38 Mile route through the historic Medicine Bow Rail Trail.

Saturday Evening

Graham Good and the Painters: Live Performance @ Historic Woods Landing Venue

We have a great fun evening for the night, Graham Good and the Painters ( Hailed as the "Messiah of Modern Rock" by jambands.com), will be performing at the resort's historic venue. Known for its unique log construction and a dance floor that rests on 24 box car springs, this iconic venue has been a gathering place for locals and visitors alike for nearly a century.

Day 3 - Sunday, September 8th, 2024

Your weekend is not quite over, set off on your return journey to Livermore via the scenic Deadman Pass and Red Feather Lakes. If you are using our Sherpa, your bags will be transported back to Livermore community hall, where your adventure concludes.

Please Note:

Participants are responsible for their own safety and must come prepared with all necessary cycling equipment, including bike lights, flat repair kits, water filtration, and ample nutrition. For a comfortable night's sleep under the stars, you'll need a reliable sleep system consisting of a durable, weatherproof tent suitable for the varying conditions of Colorado and Wyoming; a warm, insulated sleeping bag rated for the expected temperature range; and an insulated, supportive sleeping mat or pad to provide cushioning and protection from the ground. Alternatively, you can bring an RV or camper for a more luxurious camping experience. There will be items for purchase onsite at Woods Landing. Ensure you carry sufficient water to sustain yourself for up to 70 miles of riding. Join us for an incredible weekend of gravel bikepacking, forging new friendships, and creating lasting memories in the wild beauty of Colorado and Wyoming.
